ARTIST SET UP
We want to make sure all of our artists turn up as prepared as possible.
Here is what to expect when arriving at the convention
WHAT TIME IS LOAD IN?
Load-in times will be
Thursday 10/21 from 10AM - 5PM
Friday 10/22 from 9AM - 2PM.
Anime Ink will have on site volunteer staff available to help with load in and load outs.
WHAT WILL MY BOOTH HAVE?
Each booth will be supplied with the following items:
3ft side rail
6ft drape table
8ft drape table
Booth ID sign
Full booths get three wristbands for 2 artists & 1 assistant. Single Artist Spaces get 1 wristband for 1 Artist. Additional wristbands can be purchased at check in
Can I send my equipment/supplies ahead of time to pick up at the convention?
You can send all packages you wish to pick up at the convention to the address below. All packages will be placed in your booth ready for when you arrive.

Will there be supplies available to purchase ?
Electrum supply will be on site all weekend and be able to accommodate most of your supply needs,
from PPE, cartridges, machines, aftercare, electrum Ink and much more.
Will there be a stencil station?
Yes, we will have a dedicated booth with regular printers and thermal stencil printers for all artists.
Will there be on site after care ?
Dermor by Electrum supply will be their with a free aftercare station for all clients tattooed at the convention.
