Contest Rules

Registration will close at 3:30pm on Friday and Saturday at the info booth.

Daily Registration

  • All cosplay and performances must be appropriate for a general audience, including children.

  • No inappropriate or offensive content, including nudity, obscene gestures, or hate symbols.

General Rules

Channel your character! Walk, twirl, and move like them to bring your costume to life. Have a signature move or catchphrase? Share it with the audience! Whether it’s a power pose, a heroic stance, or a dramatic turn, show us what makes your character unique. Most importantly, have fun! Smile, laugh, and enjoy the moment. Your enthusiasm will be contagious.

Runway

Prejudging will only be required for the Craftsmanship category on Saturday

Prejudging will happen in the entertainer breakout room from 12:00 - 2:00pm

  • Prejudging will consist of contestants having 5 - 7 minutes to highlight pieces of your cosplays and allow judges to look closer at their work

  • This includes consent to look at seams and detail work to fully view the construction of the cosplay

  • Cosplays not 80% handmade, but entered into craftsmanship will be ineligible for placing

Prejudging
