Hi everyone! My name is Kelsey, and I'm so excited to be returning to anime ink in my hometown, Richmond! I specialize in Bold, bright, and fun anime and color work! I've been an anime fan and an artist my entire life and it's so amazing that all these years later the two have come together and made a career for me!
