Donna Phillips, also known as “Catladytattooist”, is co owner of Third Earth Studios in Morgantown, WV with her partner Cory Phillips. Their private studio specializes in custom tattooing with an affinity for pop culture and anime! “Catladytattooist” is from her second passion as a cat foster and animal welfare advocate. She loves doing tattoos for the animals in your life and is always happy to see pictures of your pets!
