ARTIST / VENDOR  SET UP

We want to make sure all of our Artists & Vendors turn up as prepared as possible.

Here is what to expect when arriving at the Convention

WHAT TIME IS LOAD IN?

Load-in times will be

Thursday 10/20 3PM - 8PM

Friday 10/21 from 9AM - 2PM.

Anime Ink will have on site volunteer staff available to help with load in and load outs.

 

WHAT WILL MY BOOTH HAVE?

Each booth will be supplied with the following items:

  • 8ft backdrop

  • 3ft side rail

  • 6ft drape table

  • 8ft drape table

  • 2 chairs

  • Waste basket

  • Booth ID sign

  • Electricity

  • Full booths get three wristbands for 2 artists & 1 assistant. Additional weekend passes will be available to purchase if needed at check-in.

Can I send my equipment/supplies ahead of time to pick up at the convention?

You can send all packages you wish to pick up at the convention to the address below. All packages will be placed in your booth ready for when you arrive.

( There is a fee that is added for shipping freight and packages )

Will there be supplies available to purchase ?

Yes, there supplies on site all weekend and will be able to accommodate most of

your supply needs, from PPE, cartridges, machines, aftercare, Electrum Ink and much more.

Will there be a stencil station?

Yes, we will have a dedicated 2 booth set up with regular printers and thermal

stencil printers for all artists.
